Description
Barflies Bars is a family-run business, providing mobile bars for a range of business and social events throughout the counties of Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

A number of options are available, including complimentary bars, where organiser(s) pay for all the drinks, pay bars, which operate in the same way as a pub, and a mixture of the two, where initial drinks are complimentary and later ones paid for.

We cater for events of any nature, at more or less any type of venue. Village and community halls, public buildings and marquees tend to predominate. Weddings, family celebrations and charity events are a speciality.

We are prepared to make use of any bar structure or servery that may already be in situ, or we can provide quick-assembly bars from 6 to 60 feet in length. We do not have bar trailers or tents, but can hire these in if appropriate.

Our staff pride themselves on their enthusiasm and professionalism, and we always try to tailor our offering to suit the occasion.

We provide fully stocked bars, with draught beer, lager and cider, dispensed through coolers into glassware, rigid plastic glasses or disposables. Our usual range of wines, spirits, bottled products and soft drinks can be expanded on request. Our website gives details of the normal offering and current tariff.

If alcohol is to be offered for sale, it may be necessary to obtain a licence (“Temporary Event Notice”). We are happy to advise on all aspects of licensing.

Dependent upon the number of guests, there is usually no set-up charge or deposit, and drinks are offered for sale at or below normal “lounge bar” prices.
