The Charcoal Pig
Specialise in spit roasting over charcoal.
Typically we provide a 65 kilo pig which is spit roasted in its entirety at the clients venue. in addition we supply 5" fresh buttered and umbuttered baps, sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce, mustard, 12" moulded paper plates and paper napkins.
Whole lambs, venison, suckling pigs etc are also popular with us. All forms of salads and vegetarian food is also an option. BBQ's are also catered for and can be tailored to clients requirements.
