1. How long have they been trading and what do their references or testimonial say about them? Have they got any awards or recognition for excellence?
2. Do they offer what I am looking for and are they flexible? I.e. happy to give a choice of food.
3. Can I go for a no obligation tasting and sampling session?
4. Do they provide a full range of services with different options such as crockery, cutlery, linen hire, colours, tables and chairs etc?
5. Are the staff fully trained and uniformed? Are the staff their own or do they use agency staff.
6. Is the food being offered to you seasonal and purchased from reliable sources? Do they have refrigerated vehicles to transport the food?
